麦类秸秆燃料灰分与组成元素相关性分析研究 预览

摘要 生物质燃料灰分含量高易引起在锅炉内结渣,影响锅炉运行效率,预测灰分含量对锅炉条件控制和选型有着重要意义。研究了小麦秸秆生物质灰分含量与组成元素含量的相关性,建立了基于灰分预测的多元线性回归模型,根据组成元素含量预测麦类秸秆生物质燃料的灰分。结果表明,组成元素均与灰分含量有显著的相关性,其中氧含量与灰分含量呈正相关,其他元素均呈负相关关系。灰分预测与实测值平均绝对误差为9.0%。通过上述研究发现,本研究建立的多元线性回归预测模型可以在一定程度上预测麦类秸秆生物质燃料灰分含量。 High ash content of biomass solid fuel can easily cause ash sintering in boilers, which decrease the efficient of boilers. Predicting ash content before combustion has significant positive effects on controlling conditions and choosing boiler types. In this paper, correlation analysis of ash content and elemental composition of triticeae straw was investigated. A multiple linear regression model based on ash prediction was established. The ash content of triticeae straw biomass fuel was predicted according to the content of constituent elements. Results showed that elemental composition all had a significant correlation to ash content. Oxygen showed a positive correlation to ash content, while others showed negative correlations. The average absolute error between the predicted and measured values was 9.0%. Based on the results, the multiple linear regression model established in this study can predict the ash content of triticeae straw biomass fuel to a certain extent.
