血清chemerin、脂联素与子痫前期的相关性研究 预览

摘要 目的分析子痫前期患者血清中chemerin、脂联素的表达水平。方法选取2016年12月至2018年1月在潍坊市妇幼保健院住院待产的单胎孕妇共110例作为研究对象,分为对照组30例、疾病组80例(包括妊娠期高血压组22例,轻度子痫前期组30例,重度子痫前期组28例),分别收集和测量两组孕妇的血液样本。比较两组孕妇血清chemerin、脂联素及血脂水平。结果①疾病组血清chemerin浓度明显高于对照组(t=-13.92,P<0.05),且重度子痫前期组变化最明显,差异有统计学意义(t=-6.39,P<0.01)。②轻度子痫前期组、重度子痫前期组患者的血清脂联素浓度均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为8.17、4.62,均P<0.01)。③子痫前期组患者的血清chemerin、脂联素浓度与其总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的水平均显著相关(chemerin:r分别为0.616、0.558、-0.473、0.392;脂联素:r分别为-0.635、-0.472、0.430、-0.429,均P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病患者的血清中chemerin升高,血清脂联素下降,两者和血脂水平显著相关,提示chemerin和脂联素可能通过调节血脂代谢参与妊娠期高血压疾病的发病过程。 Objective To analyze the expressions of chemerin and adiponectin (APN) in serum of patients with preeclampsia.Methods One hundred and ten cases of singleton pregnant women from Weifang Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected during December 2016 to January 2018 as research objects,and they were divided into control group with 30 cases and disease group with 80 cases (including 22 cases in gestational hypertension group,30 cases in mild preeclampsia group and 28 cases in severe preeclampsia group).We collected and measured blood samples of two groups of pregnant women.The serum levels of chemerin,APN and blood lipid were compared between two groups.Results The serum chemerin concentration in the disease group was significantly higher than that in the control group (t=-13.92,P<0.05),and the severe preeclampsia group had the most remarkable change with significant difference (t=-6.39,P<0.01).The serum APN concentration in mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were significant (t value was 8.17 and 4.62,respectively,both P<0.01).Serum chemerin and APN concentration in preeclampsia patients were closely related with total cholesterol (TC),three glycerol (TG),high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) levels (r value was 0.616,0.558,-0.473 and 0.392;-0.635,-0.472,0.430 and -0.429,respectively,all P<0.05).Conclusion Serum chemerin elevates and serum APN declines in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.There is a significant correlation between these two indicators and the level of blood lipids,which suggests that chemerin and APN may regulate blood lipid metabolism to participate the pathogenesis of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.
