护生用物自主管理在护理实训课中的应用 预览

摘要 讨论在护理实训课中引入护生用物自主管理干预的价值意义。以某医学院护理学院2017级护理本科120名护生作为实验对象,随机分组各62名,观察对照组(接受传统用物管理法)、研究组(接受用物自主管理法)管理成效。在技能操作考试中,研究组护理操作用物准备完好率(96.67%,58/60)高于对照组(85.00%,51/60),P<0.05。研究组实训操作用物准备时间比对照组短,组间差异明显,P<0.01。研究组成绩比对照组分值高,组间差异明显,P<0.01。用物自主管理营造了有序整洁的操作环境,用物准备时间减少,用物准备完好率提高,更利于提升护理技能水平。 It discusses the value of introducing self-management intervention in nursing training course. 120 nursing undergraduates of 2017 grade in a medical college were randomly divided into 62 groups to observe the management effect of control group (accepting traditional use management method) and research group (accepting use self-management method). In the skill operation test,the intact rate of preparation for nursing operation in research group (96.67%,58/60) was higher than that in control group (85.00%,51/60), P <0.05. The preparation time of training materials in research group was shorter than that in control group,with significant difference between two groups ( P <0.01). The results of research group were higher than those of control group,with significant differences between two groups ( P <0.01). Autonomous management of materials creates an orderly and tidy operating environment,reduces the preparation time of materials,and improves the intact rate of materials preparation,which is more conducive to improving the level of nursing skills.
