Objective To investigate the regularities and characteristics of adverse drug reaction(ADR) induced by Traditional Chinese medicine injections(TCMIs),and to provide reference for rational drug use and safety administration. Methods A total of 387 ADR reports induced by TCMIs from 2015 to 2017 in Kunshan city were analyzed and summarized by using retrospective study method. Results Of the total 387 ADR cases,new and general ADR(43.67%) was the most type of ADR.121 cases of patients were over the age of 60,accounting for 31.26%.The ADR occurred within 30 minutes,accounting for 54.26%.The most of ADR occurred in Reduning Injection,followed by Xiyanping Injection.The ADR focused on the damage of skin and appendage accounting for 50.89%.The ADR induced by the combination of Traditional Chinese and western medicine injections accounted for 36.69%. Conclusion Great importance should be attached to enhance specialty ADR monitoring in TCMIs,so as to promote the rational drug use and improve the drug safety administration of TCMIs.
