高管团队特征对旅游企业价值的影响研究 预览

摘要 旅游企业具有独特的行业特性,而企业高管团队对旅游企业的创新发展和价值创造发挥着重要作用。文章从实证角度出发,选取旅游上市公司作为研究对象,对旅游企业高管团队自然属性特征(年龄、性别)与企业价值(包括短期价值与长期价值)的关系进行实证检验,研究结论具有启示意义。
