基于透射-反射-散射的陶瓷胚缺陷激光探测 预览

摘要 介绍一种利用激光的透射、反射、漫散射原理,以及光电转换原理、集成运算放大电路的信号放大原理对柱状陶瓷胚(烧制前的半成品;中空)小孔、凹坑、气孔、裂纹等缺陷进行探测的方案。论述了将该探测结果作为设计可将胚料自动分选为合格料(可进入下一加工环节的胚料)、废料的自动分选机以提高陶瓷胚烧制后成品合格率的依据。 A method of applying the principles of transmission, reflection and diffuse scattering of laser, photoelectric conversion and signal amplification of integrated operational amplifier circuit to cylindrical ceramic blank (semi-finished product before firing;Hollow) small holes, pits, pores, cracks and other defects detection scheme was introduced. The detection results were discussed as the basis for designing an automatic sorting machine to sort the blank into qualified material (blank that can enter the next processing link) and waste material to improve the qualified rate of finished products after ceramic blank firing.
