湖南省永兴基地烟叶质量评价 预览

Quality Evaluation of Tobacco Leaves in Yongxing Base of Hunan Province

摘要 从外观质量、感官质量、化学成分、加工质量稳定性方面对2015-2017年郴州永兴基地烟叶进行评价,得出以下结论。①外观质量:整体来看,近3年永兴基地烟叶外观质量较为稳定。②感官质量:永兴基地中上部烟叶感官质量稳定性较好,下部烟叶感官质量逐年有所提升。③化学成分:永兴基地烟叶烟碱含量上部叶和下部叶逐年降低,烟叶两糖比、钾氯比均在标准范围内;下部叶氮碱比近3年来逐年有所提高,各部位烟叶氮碱比均在标准范围内。④加工质量稳定性:从近3年烟叶模块变异系数结果看,2017年烟叶模块烟碱变异系数均小于2.815%,比2016年(均小于3.153%)略有提升,烟叶均质化加工水平得到稳定提高。 From the aspects of appearance quality,sensory quality,chemical composition and processing quality stability,the tobacco leaves of Yongxing base in Chenzhou City were evaluated from 2015 to 2017,and the following conclusions were drawn.① Appearance quality :overall,the appearance quality of tobacco leaves in Yongxing base was relatively stable in the past three years.②Sensory quality:the sensory quality of upper and middle tobacco leaves in Yongxing base was stable,and the sensory quality of lower leaves was improved year by year.③Chemical composition :the content of nicotine in the upper and lower leaves of Yongxing base decreased year by year,the ratio of sugar to sugar and potassium to chlorine were within the standard range;the ratio of nitrogen to alkali in the lower leaves increased year by year,and the ratio of nitrogen to alkali in all parts of tobacco leaves was within the standard range.④ Processing quality stability : according to the results of change coefficient of tobacco module in recent three years,the change coefficient of nicotine in the tobacco module of 2017 was less than 2.815%,which was slightly higher than that of 2016(less than 3.153%),and the processing level of tobacco homogenization was steadily improved.
