我国高校EMI教师教学胜任力生态化发展 预览

The Study of Education Ecological Development of EMI Teaching Competencies in China’s Universities

摘要 随着高等教育国际化和双一流建设的不断推进,EMI课程建设越来越受到重视,而教师教学胜任力是影响EMI课程质量的重要因素。在明晰EMI教师教学胜任力内涵的基础上,从教育生态学角度全面分析教师EMI教学胜任力发展所处生态环境,并且基于教育生态学基本规律提出从根本上支持和协助EMI教师发展的EMI教学胜任力生态优化策略,从而保障EMI课程教学质量。 As the internationalization of China’s higher education and“Double First-Class”University Construction move on,EMI courses have received more and more attention,and the teaching competency is a crucial factor to the EMI courses quality.The connotation of EMI teaching competencies is first illustrated in this study,then their ecological environments are further explored in the perspective of education ecology,so as to build a fundamental support and co-ordination for the teachers’development,and finally the strategies of EMI teaching competencies ecological improvement are put forward with the application of education ecological theories,acting as a guarantee of the EMI teaching quality.
