Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of spiral CT and PET-CT scan in patients with lung cancer. Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with pulmonary diseases treated in the hospital from April,2016 to November,2017 were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were diagnosed pathologically. All the patients were examined by spiral CT and PET -CT within 14 days after admission. The diagnostic results and diagnostic efficacy of the two methods were compared. Results The detection rate of malignant tumor in PET-CT was 87.14%,which was significantly higher than that in spiral CT 62.86%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of PET-CT were significantly higher than those of spiral CT(P< 0.05). Conclusion Compared with spiral CT,PET-CT has more advantages in the diagnosis of lung cancer, and its sensitivity and accuracy are higher, which can provide imaging evidence for clinical treatment.
