不同植物生长调节剂及其质量浓度对软枣猕猴桃扦插效果的影响 预览

Influence of Different Plant Growth Regulators and Their Mass Concentration on Cutting Effect of Actinidia arguta

摘要 以辽宁桓仁山区桓优1号软枣猕猴桃为试材,研究100、500、1000、1500mg/L4种质量浓度的6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、3-吲哚丁酸钾(3-IBA-K)、萘乙酸(NAA)、生根粉(ABT)处理对硬枝扦插生根率、成活率、生根数量、根长、抽梢率、新芽高度和小叶数量的影响。结果表明,4种不同质量浓度植物生长调节剂处理的插条生根率、成活率、生根数量和根长均表现为ABT效果最佳,6-BA效果最差,生根率和成活率表现为3-IBA-K稍好于NAA,而生根数量和根长则表现为NAA优于3-IBA-K;500mg/LABT处理的插条生根率最大,为90.0%,极显著高于清水对照(P<0.01),100mg/LABT处理的插条生根数量和根长最大,分别为10.9条和5.2cm,极显著高于对照(P<0.01)。而在抽梢率、新芽高度和小叶数量方面均表现为3-IBA-K效果最佳,6-BA效果最差,以1500mg/L3-IBA-K处理的软枣猕猴桃抽梢率和小叶数量最高,分别为45.64%和3.18片;而新芽高度则以1000mg/L3-IBA-K处理最高。高质量浓度的3-IBA-K对软枣猕猴桃的抽梢率、新芽高度和小叶数量具有促进作用。 Taking the Actinidia arguta Huanyou 1 of Liaoning as a research trial material,the effect of 6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA),indole-3-butyric acid potassium salt(3-IBA-K),NAA and rooting powder(ABT)at four mass concentrations of 100,500,1 000,1 500 mg/L on rooting rate,survival rate,number of roots,root length,shoot rate,bud height and leaflet number of hardbranch cuttings was studied.The results showed that the best effect on the root rate,survival rate,number of roots and root length among 4 kinds of plant growth regulators with different mass concentrations was from ABT and the worst effect was from 6-BA.The effects of the 3-IBA-K treatment on rooting rate and survival rate were slightly better than that treated by NAA.The effects of the NAA treatment on the number of roots and root length were better than that treated by 3-IBA-K.500 mg/L ABT treatment had the highest rooting rate of the cuttings,which was 90.0%,and significantly higher than that of the clear water control(P<0.01),and 100 mg/L ABT treatment had the highest number of roots and root length,which were 10.9,5.2 cm,respectively,significantly higher than the control(P<0.01).The best effect was from 3-IBA-K and the worst effect was from 6-BA on shoot rate,bud height,leaflet number.The highest shoot rate and leaflet number of Actinidia arguta treated with 1 500 mg/L 3-IBA-K were 45.64%and 3.18,respectively.The bud height was highest treated with 1 000 mg/L 3-IBA-K.It could be seen that the high mass concentration of 3-IBA-K had a positive effect on the shoot rate,bud height and leaflet number of Actinidia arguta.
