气相色谱-三重四级杆质谱法测定地表水中8种痕量有机氯农药 预览

Trace analyses of eight kinds of organochlorine pesticides in surface water by gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry

摘要 地表水样通过固相萃取柱萃取,利用三重四级杆质谱仪多反应监测模式(MRM)进行定性分析,内标法进行定量分析。结果表明,8种有机氯农药在1~20μg/L浓度范围内有良好的线性关系(r>0.995),方法的检出限为1.8~5.6ng/L,相对标准偏差(n=7)为4.6%~12.2%,相对误差(n=3)在-11.1%~15%之间。纯水中8种有机氯农药的加标回收率为76.3%~108.6%,实际水样中8种有机氯农药的加标回收率为67.4%~97.5%。该方法具有前处理简单,灵敏度高,选择性好,适用于地表水体中痕量有机氯农药的测定。 The surface water was extracted by solid phase column,the qualitative analysis of the analytes was measured by Gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry under multiple reaction monitoring mode (MRM) and the internal standard method was applied for quantitative analysis .The results indicated that the target substances had a good linear relationship in the range of 1~20 μg/L with correlation coefficients above 0.995 and the detection limits of 1.8~5.6ng/L .The relative standard deviation(n=7) was 4.6%~12.2% and the relative deviation(n=3) in the range of -11.1%~15%.The recoveries ranged from 76.3%~108.6% in purified water and 67.4%~97.5% in surface water.This method was suitable for the trace analyses of organochlorine pesticides in surface water with the advantages such as simple processing,good selectivity and high sensitivity.
