大直径工程井钻孔防斜关键技术研究 预览

摘要 大直径工程井钻孔中对垂直度要求高,施工过程中的防斜保直难度大。通过分析此类大直径井的特征及施工过程中造成井斜的原因,研究出一套适合大直径工程井的施工方法和钻具组合。通过分析造成大直径工程井井斜大的原因,从成孔方法、防斜钻具、纠斜钟摆钻具的选择等方面对大直径工程井钻孔防斜的关键技术进行研究,并将该项研究应用到具体的工程实例中。研究对提高大直径工程井钻井防斜具有一定的指导意义。 Large diameter engineering wells have high requirements for verticality,and it is difficult to prevent the inclination during construction.By analyzing the characteristics of such large diameter wells and the causes of well inclination during construction,a targeted study is made.The construction method and drilling tool combination suitable for large diameter engineering wells have certain guiding significance for improving the anti-slope of large diameter engineering wells.In this paper,the main reasons for the large diameter engineering wells are analyzed,and the key techniques for drilling and anti-slanting of large diameter engineering wells are studied from the aspects of hole forming method,anti-slanting drilling tools and selection of slanting pendulum drilling tools.The study was applied to specific engineering examples.
