氨基酸在早产儿静脉营养中的应用探讨 预览

摘要 目的探讨氨基酸在早产儿静脉营养中的应用价值。方法选取2017年1月至2017年12月我院收治的需实施静脉营养滴注的早产儿86例,随机分为两组。对照组出生后第二天注射O.5g·kg^-1·d^-1的氨基酸,次日后每日增加0.6g·kg^-1·d^-1,其巅峰值维持在3.0g·kg^-1·d^-1;研究组出生后首日注射1.0g·kg^-1·d^-1的氨基酸,次日后每日增加0.6g·kg^-1·d^-1,其巅峰值维持在3.4 g·kg^-1·d^-1。结果研究组的体重增长速度明显快于对照组(P<0.05),体重恢复天数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在早产儿治疗过程当中,高剂量的氨基酸补充可较好地改善其营养状况,解决早产儿生长缓慢问题,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the application value of amino acids in intravenous nutrition of premature infants.Methods 86 cases of premature infants needed implement intravenous drip nutrition in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received an injection of 0.5g·kg^-1·d^-1 amino acids on the next day after the birth,then after the next day increased 0.6 g·kg^-1·d^-1 daily,with the peak value at 3.0g·kg^-1·d^-1.The study group received an injection of 1.0 g·kg^-1·d^-1 amino acids on the first day after the birth,then after the next day increased 0.6 g·kg^-1·d^-1 daily,with the peak value at 3.4 g·kg^-1·d^-1.Results The weight growth speed of the study group was significantly faster than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the weight recovery days were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions During the treatment of preterm infants,high-dose amino acid supplementation can better improve the nutritional status,and solve the problem of slow growth,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
