黄龙病对琼中绿橙果实品质的影响 预览

摘要 [目的]综合评价黄龙病对绿橙果实品质的影响。[方法]以采自海南琼中县同一果园的健康绿橙植株和具有柑橘黄龙病典型症状植株上的果实为试验材料,对单果重、果形指数、果皮厚度、果实硬度、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸含量、维生素C、果汁率、可食率等指标进行测定,探讨黄龙病对琼中绿橙果实品质的影响。[结果]同一生产果园中健康绿橙和黄龙病绿橙果实在外观、内在品质等多个指标上存在明显差异,感病绿橙果实品质严重下降。与健康植株果实相比,感染黄龙病的植株果实单果重明显变轻,果实变小,果实变硬,可溶性固形物、维生素C含量、固酸比、可食率和出汁率显著减少,而可滴定酸含量明显增加。[结论]该研究结果为科学评估黄龙病对绿橙产业造成的损失提供了参考。 [Objective]The aim was to comprehensively evaluate the effect of huanglongbing on fruit quality of Qiongzhong Green Orange.[Method]Qiongzhong Green Orange fruits collected from healthy trees and HLB-infected trees were used as material,and all the fruits came from the same orchard in Qiongzhong of Hainan Province.The parameters including weight,fruit shape index,peel thickness,firmness,fruit total soluble solids(TSS),titratable acid(TA)content,V C content,juice rate,etc.of healthy and HLB infected Qiongzhong Green Orange were evaluated.[Result]The HLB showed a significant impact on size,shape,firmness,internal quality and so on,which caused enormous reduction in fruit quality of Qiongzhong Green Orange;compared with the healthy fruits,the single fruit weight of the fruits picked from HLB-infected trees were decreased,the total soluble solids content(Brix),V C content,brix/acidity ratio(TSS/TA),edible rate and juice percentage were significantly reduced,while the titratable acid(TA)content and fruit firmness significantly increased.[Conclusion]The results provide reference for evaluating the loss of huanglongbing to green orange industry.
