目的 探讨支气管上皮中GULP1蛋白的表达与慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者严重程度的关系。方法 选取2015年1月-2016年1月期间我院收治的100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象,设为观察组,根据其疾病进展分为轻中度组(n=64)和重度组(n=36),选取同期非慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为对照组(n=50),比较不同组患者的GULP1蛋白表达阳性率,并对GULP1蛋白表达与慢阻肺分级以及肺泡巨噬细胞数量相关性进行分析。结果 观察组患者支气管上皮中GULP1蛋白的表达阳性率(69.0%)显著高于对照组(2.0%)(P<0.05);重度组患者的支气管上皮中GULP1蛋白的表达阳性率(97.2%)显著高于轻中度组(53.1%)(P<0.05);Spearman相关性分析结果显示支气管上皮中GULP1蛋白的表达评分与慢阻肺分级呈显著正相关(r=0.145,P=0.003);Spearman相关性分析结果显示慢阻肺患者支气管上皮中GULP1蛋白的表达与肺泡巨噬细胞数量呈显著正相关(r=0.432,P=0.015)。结论 慢阻肺疾病患者支气管上皮中GULP1蛋白的表达水平显著增加,且与疾病的严重程度呈正相关,GULP1蛋白参与慢阻肺疾病调控过程可能与肺泡巨噬细胞相关,值得进一步深入研究。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of GULP1 protein in bronchial epithelium and the severity of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods From January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital,100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected as the observation group.According to the progress of the disease,they were divided into the mild or moderate group(n=64)and the severe group(n=36),and 50 patients with non chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected as the control group.The positive rate of GULP1 protein expression was compared among the different groups,and the relationship of the protein expression of GULP1 with COPD grading and the number of alveolar macrophage cells was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of GULP1 protein in patients with bronchial epithelium(69%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(2%)(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of GULP1 protein in bronchial epithelium was significantly higher in the severe group(97.2%)than in the mild to moderate group(53.1%)(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation of GULP1 protein expression in bronchial epithelium and COPD score(r=0.145,P=0.003),and the expression of GULP1 protein and alveolar macrophages in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(r=0.432,P=0.015).Conclusion The expression of GULP1 protein in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in bronchial epithelium increases significantly,and it is positively correlated with the severity of illness.GULP1 protein participates in the regulation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which may be related with alveolar macrophages and is worthy of further research.
