不同光质比对金钻蔓绿绒组培苗形态建成的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Different Light Quality Ratios on the Morphogenesis of Philodendron 'con-go' Plantlets

摘要 以金钻蔓绿绒组培苗为试验材料,研究不同光质比对金钻蔓绿绒形态建成的影响,为高品质的金钻组培苗生产和植物组培选择补光时提供理论依据。光源采用LED灯管的100%蓝光03)、100%红光(R)、20%蓝光+80%红光(BR28)、30%蓝光+70%红光(BR37)、50%蓝光+50%6光(BR55)五种不同光质比,以普通荧光灯(w)为对照,探讨不同光质比对金钻蔓绿绒组培苗形态建成的影响。结果表明:红蓝组合的光源有利于金钻组培苗的形态建成,红光有利于金钻组培苗根的生长,而蓝光则抑制茎的伸长。茎粗、根最长、气孔频度、光合色素含量在BR37处理下达到最大值,叶片数、根系活力、根数、整株干重在BR28、BR37处理下达到最值。总体而言,红蓝光比例在BR37、BR28时,有利于金钻的形态建成。 The Philodendron 'con-go' plantlets were cultured as experimental materials to study the effect of different light quality ratios on the morphogenesis of Philodenclron 'con-go', so as to provide theoretical basis for the production of high-quality plantlets and the better choice of light source. The light sources included 100% R (red), 100% B (blue), 20% B+80% R (BR28), 30% B+70% R (BR37), 50% B+50% R (BR55), and fluorescent lamp (W) was used as the control, hoping to explore the effect of LED with different quality ratios on the morphogenesis of Philodendron 'con-go'. The result showed that the composite light of the red and blue was beneficial to the morpho- genesis of Philodendron 'con-go'. The red light was beneficial to the growth of the roots of the Philodendron 'con-go', while the blue light suppressed the elongation of the stems. The stem diameter, longest root length, stoma- ta f~equency and photosynthetic pigment content reached the maximum under the treatment of BR37. Furthermore, the root activity, root number, dry mass of whole plant, and chl (a+b) reached tha maxium value under the treatment of BR37 and BR28. Above all, the light quality ratio BR37 and BR28 were beneficial to the morphogenesis of Philodendron 'con-go'.
