Objective： To retrospectively analyze clinical efficacy of Flunarizine combined with Quantianma capsules in treatment of vestibular migraine. Methods： 92 patients with vestibular migraine were enrolled. According to the visit order, they were divided into control group and the observation, 46 cases in each. The observation group was treated with oral Flunarizine combined with Quantianma capsules, while the control group was treated with single oral Flunarizine. The Dizziness Handicap Inventory（DHI） score, visual analogue scale（VAS） score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was as high as 93.48%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（78.26%）. The numbers of vertigo, duration, DHI scores and VAS scores in both groups were improved compared with those before the treatment, while the improvement in the observation group was more obvious, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Flunarizine combined with Quantianma capsules in the treatment of vestibular migraine is superior to single Flunarizine with high safety..
