EGR率对低速二冲程船舶柴油机燃烧与排放的影响

Effect of EGR Rate on the Combustion and Emissions of Marine Low-speed Two-stroke Diesel Engine

摘要 基于CFD软件CONVERGE 2.3对1台EX340EF-UA测试船用二冲程柴油机进行了数值模拟计算,研究了进气压力和EGR率对75%负荷下的船用柴油机燃烧与排放性能的影响,显示出模拟结果与实验结果有较好的吻合度。进气压力为0.464 6 MPa时,NOX排放量最小。选定进气压力0.464 6 MPa,研究EGR率的影响发现:随着EGR率的增大,NOX排放量显著降低;EGR率达到30%时,NOX排放量仅为2.58 g/kW·h,低于国际海事组织TierⅢ排放标准限制的NOX排放量3.4 g/kW·h。 The performance of EX340 EF-UA marine low-speed diesel engine is simulated by CFD software CONVERGE 2.3 in this paper.The effect of inlet pressure and the EGR rate on the combustion and emissions of marine engine under 75%load are investigated.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental data.The results show that when inlet pressure is 0.464 6 MPa,NOX has a minimum value.The effect of the EGR rate with inlet pressure 0.464 6 MPa is studied.With the increase of the EGR rate,NOX emissions decrease significantly.The quantity of NOX emissions reduce to 2.58 g/k W·h when the EGR rate is 30%.The quantity of NOX emissions is below 3.4 g/kW·h,which is the limit value of NOX for Tier III.
