关节置换术后钴-铬-钼合金离子介导骨细胞中肿瘤坏死因子α产生机制的研究 预览

Research on the Mechanism of Co-Cr-Mo Alloy Metal ion Induced the Production of Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha after Total Joint Arthroplasty

摘要 近年来,关节置换的病例数量越来越多,由此带来的相关并发症如假体无菌性松动等也越来越受到人们的关注。目前大多数学者公认其原因是假体在正常使用中大量金属微粒引起炎性反应的结果。而对于假体无菌性松动相关危险因素的研究众说纷纭,该篇综述将对可能导致假体无菌性松动的危险因素进行阐述,指出当前争论焦点,分析研究中可能存在的问题,并对未来的研究趋势进行展望。 In recent years, the number of joint replacement cases is increasing, and the related complications, such as aseptic loosening of prosthesis, have attracted more and more attention. At present, most scholars believe that the reason is that in the normal use of large amounts of metal particles cause inflammatory response. For Public opinions are divergent. research on risk factors of aseptic loosening of the prosthesis, the review of risk factors may lead to aseptic loosening of the prosthesis is described, and pointed out that the current focus of the debate, the possible problems in the research and the future research trends are also looking.
