目的观察心脏停搏液中不同浓度钾离子和镁离子对猪冠状动脉平滑肌功能的影响。方法选择健康瑞典家猪24头，随机分成四组，每组6头。取出冠状动脉前降支远端1/3，将其截成长度1 mm的血管环，进行器官浴槽实验。第一组向器官浴槽内加入16 mmol/L KCl-Krebs液，累积增加镁离子浓度至0、1.2、2、4、6、8、10、12、14、16、18、20 mmol/L，记录每个镁离子浓度下血管收缩力。第二组加入23 mmol/L KCl-Krebs液，第三组加入30 mmol/L KCl-Krebs液，第四组加入40 mmol/L KCl-Krebs液，镁离子浓度均与第一组相同。评价四组冠状动脉平滑肌收缩力的变化。结果血管收缩力随着钾离子浓度升高，收缩力曲线明显上移。各组中钾离子浓度不变时，随着镁离子浓度的增加，收缩力逐渐降低。以正常镁离子浓度（1.2 mmol/L）时，钾离子诱导的收缩力为100%，收缩力被拮抗80%时，四组的镁离子浓度分别为8、10、10、12 mmol/L。结论心脏晶体高钾停搏液中钾离子浓度为16～23 mmol/L，镁离子浓度为8～12 mmol/L时，对离体猪冠状动脉血管平滑肌功能影响较小，有利于停搏液的充分灌注和心肌保护。
Objective To study the effect of different concentrations of potassium and magnesi- um in cardiac arrest solution on the function of porcine coronary artery smooth muscle. Methods Twen- ty-four healthy Swedish domestic pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 6 pigs in each group. The distal 1/3 of the left anterior descending coronary artery was dissected and cut into 1 mm long seg- ments and then transferred into organ bath. In the first group, 16 mmol/L KC1-Krebs solution with ac- cumulatively increasing concentrations of magnesium （0, 1.2, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 mmol/L） was added into the organ bath. The vasoconstrictor force of each magnesium ion concentration was recor- ded. In the second group, 23 mmoL/L KC1-Krebs solution was added, and in the third group, 30 mmol/L KC1-Krebs solution was added, and in the fourth group, 40 mmol/L KC1-Krebs solution was added. The magnesium ion concentration was the same as that of the first group. The changes in the contractility of the coronary artery smooth muscle were evaluated in the four groups. Results The contractions of the coronary artery were significantly higher when the concentrations of potassium were higher. When the concentrations of potassium were constant, the contractions decreased as the concentrations of magnesium increased. If the contractions induced with KC1-Krebs solutions with 1.2 mmol/L, and the potassium-in-duced contractile force was 100%. When the contractile force was antagonized to 80%, the magnesium concentrations in the four groups respectively were 8, 10, 10, and 12 mmol/L. Conclusions The po- tassium concentration in the cardiac potassium high potassium cardioplegic solution is 16 -23 mmol/L and the magnesium ion concentration is 8 - 12 mmol/L. It has little effect on the isolated porcine coro- nary vascular smooth muscle function, which is beneficial to the full perfusion of the cardioplegia and the protection of the myocardium.
