山区高速公路衡重式路肩墙外倾病害抢险处治设计实例 被引量:1

Case of Emergency Treatment to the Extroversion Disease of a Balance Weight Retaining Shoulder Wallon a Mountainous Expressway

摘要 以攀西地区某高速公路一处衡重式路肩墙外倾病害的抢险处治为研究对象,详细讨论了工程设计的关键流程。对病害原因的分析表明,该段路基宏观上受三家村滑坡缓慢蠕滑变形的影响,挡墙外倾的直接诱因为墙背填料及地基土层富含具膨胀性黏土,外侧地方道路垮塌的牵引对病害发展亦有一定加剧作用。根据方案比选、工程类比及计算校核结果,确定"钢管群桩+框架锚杆+压力注浆"作为挡墙外倾的主体加固方案。所得成果可为类似病害治理提供类比设计的技术资料与参考。 In this paper,emergency treatments to the extroversion disease of a balance weight retaining shoulder wallon an expressway of Panxi Region is taken as the study object,and key process of treatment design for the engineering diseases are discussed in detail.Analysis for the field survey data shows that,as a whole,the diseased section of the expressway located within the range of the Sanjiashan landslide,and is influenced with its creeping deformation;and the direct cause for the retaining wall disease is related to the expansive clay which is rich both in the backfilling and subgrade materials;meanwhile,the disease development is in certain degree exacerbated with the partial collapse of the local road adjacent to the expressway.Following aseries of scheme comparisons,engineering analogy and theoretical calculations,the main reinforcement measures for the diseasesare determined as"micro-steel pipe piles+anchor frame beams + pressure grouting".The results could provide technical data and referencefor disease prevention and treatment for similar projects.
