合成腔体大小对人造金刚石合成的影响 预览

The influence of the size of the synthetic cavity on synthetic diamond

摘要 随着人造金刚石技术的进步,人造金刚石设备也在不断大型化,即合成腔体越来越大。实验选用同一配方,同一批次的原辅材料及同一方式组装而成的不同腔体的合成块,通过对合成工艺的调整,在控制产品质量参数一定的前提下,对比各腔体的转化率,以及在控制转化率的前提下,对比各腔体的产品质量,最终通过分析得出:在现有技术条件下,合成腔体在一定范围(Φ53)内增大可以提高单产,且对合成效果影响不大,一旦合成腔体超出一定范围(Φ55)就会严重影响合成效果,导致经济效益下滑。 With the development of synthetic diamond technology, the size of the synthetic cavity becomes larger as well as the one of synthetic diamond equipment. The conversion rates of cavity are compared on the basis of the same quality controlling parameters and the adjustment of synthetic process with the same formula, the same batch of raw materi al, and the different cavities in the same assembling way. The products quality of cavity is also compared on the basis of controlling the conversion rate. With such two compari sons, the final conclusion is given that the synthetic cavity within a certain range (φ53) is helpful to improve the yield on the existing technology condition, and it has little effect on the synthesis performance; as if it is beyond a certain range (φ55), it would seriously affect the synthesis performance, which could bring side influence on the economic benefits.
