动静载耦合作用下工作面冲击危险的数值模拟分析 预览

摘要 针对工作面开采过程中经常受到爆破震动、顶板垮落以及远场地震等动力扰动作用,开采过程中易诱发冲击危险。基于FLAC~(3D)数值模拟软件,以工作面静载20MPa、28MPa、36MPa为基础,在此基础上分别施加扰动应力波峰值为10MPa、20MPa、30MPa的动载作用,分析动静载耦合作用下工作面顶底板垂直应力与位移的演化规律。结果表明:静载相同时,随着动力扰动荷载的增加,垂直应力与位移受到动力扰动的现象越明显,顶底板均易出现扰动失稳;随着扰动循环次数的增加,顶底板垂直应力呈现出逐渐降低的趋势,表明煤体的损伤程度逐渐增大。同一动载扰动时,随着静载的增大,工作面顶底板的垂直应力与位移也呈现出逐渐增大的趋势,从而发生冲击危险的可能性越大。 As coal working face often suffers from burst hazard during mining, which is caused by the dynamic disturbance such as blasting vibration, roof caving and far - field earthquake, we applied FLAC3D numerical simulation software to simulate the working face under the static 20MPa, 28MPa, 36MPa, which is subject to the different dynamic stress whose wave peak are IOMPa, 20MPa, 30MPa respectively. The evolution laws of vertical stress and displacement of the roof and floor under static and dynamic coupling load are analyzed. The results show that, under the same static load, with the increase of the dynamic disturbance loading, the vertical stress and displacement are more obviously disturbed; with increase of the number of disturbance cycles, vertical stress of the roof and floor presents a decreasing trend, which indicates that the damage degree of the coal body increases gradually. Finally the roof and floor are prone to instability; under the same dynamic load disturbance, with the increase of static load, vertical roof and floor stress and displacement are also gradually increased, which increases the risk for burst hazard.
