中部地区农村中学教师现代教育技术运用状况调查——以H省4县为例 预览

A Survey on the Application of Modern Educational Technology in Rural Middle School Teachers——A Case Study of 4 Counties in H Province

摘要 为了了解中部地区农村中学教师在现代教育技术运用方面的现状,提升其课堂技术运用效果,此研究设计了多组调查问卷,从知能准备、运用态度、范围和水平、设施和环境以及效果感受5个维度对中部地区H省4县的9所乡镇中学教师展开调查。调查结果显示:农村教师运用现代教育技术的知能准备不够充分,积极性整体上不高,范围较窄且水平较低,设施条件及环境较差,运用效果不太理想。为此,教师、学校和政府部门都应积极主动地采取措施予以改进。 In order to understand the present situation of the application of modern education technology in rural middle school teachers and improve the effect of it,this study has designed a multiple sets of questionnaire to conduct a survey among the teachers of 9 rural middle schools in 4 counties of H Province in central China. The survey has 5 dimensions, namely the preparation in knowledge and ability, the attitude towards the application of education technology, the range and level of the application of educational technology,the facilities and environment,and the effects and understandings. The findings indicate:rural middle school teachers do not have enough preparation of knowledge and ability to apply modern educational technology,they do not show enough enthusiasm for it,they can only apply modern educational technology in a narrow range and show a lower level,the facilities and environment for the application of modern educational technology is comparatively bad,the effects and understandings of the application of modern educational technology are not satisfactory. As a result,teachers,schools and relevant government departments should take active measures to improve this situation.
