2011—2015年德阳市预防接种异常反应监测分析 被引量:1

Surveillance of Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI) in Deyang From 2011 to 2015

摘要 目的分析德阳市疑似预防接种异常反应(简称AEFI)监测系统的运转情况,评价系统运转的质量和预防接种的安全性,为疫苗相关疾病的控制提供科学依据。方法用描述流行病学方法分析2011—2015年德阳市疑似预防接种异常反应监测报告情况,采用Excel 2003进行整理分析。结果2011—2015年共使用38类82种预防性生物制品共计4850600剂次,报告AEFI369例,AEFI总剂次发生率为7.61/10万。年龄分布在33d~24岁,≤1岁婴儿274例(74.25%);发生类型以不良反应为主,一般反应274例,异常反应70例;病例发生反应集中在0~1d共计329例(89.16%);除2013年外,其它年份监测指标均达到并超过监测方案的要求。结论德阳市2011—2015年AEFI病例监测数量逐年增加,监测系统敏感性较高,运转良好。 Objective To analyze the running status of AEFI monitoring system in Deyang and evaluate the quality of the system and the safety of immunization so as to provide a scientific basis for the control of vaccine related diseases. Methods AEFI data in Deyang from 2011 to 2015 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiologieal methods using Excel. Results Over the period from 2011 to 2015, 82 prophylactic biologics of 38 classes had been administered for a total of 4, 850, 600 dose times. 369 cases of rate was 7.61/100, 000 dose times. Ages of recipients with AEFI AEFI were reported, and the total incidence ranged from 33 days to 24 years old, included 274 (74. 25 % ) infants aged ≤1 years old. Main effects were untoward responses including general responses in 274 cases and abnormal responses in 70 cases. 329 (89. 16% ) cases occurred 0 - 1 day followed immunization. Except for 2013, monitoring indicators in all of these years satisfy the requirement in the surveillance program. Conclusion The number of AEFI cases has been increasing year by year, and the surveillance system has high sensitivity and is running well in Deyang.
