摘要
为降低掏槽区域爆破振动,减少掏槽区域的炸药雷管单耗,提高掏槽孔的炮孔利用率,以青岛地铁2号线延安路站侧穿166号居民楼试验段为工程背景,对施工现场4种不同类型掏槽的爆破效果进行对比研究。结果表明,大直径中空孔直眼掏槽的比钻眼最大,约是楔形掏槽的3倍;楔形掏槽无论是爆破振动控制还是炮孔利用率,均优于大直径中空孔直眼掏槽;从雷管和炸药单耗的指标来看,楔形掏槽经济效果显著;掏槽孔逐孔起爆技术极大降低了爆破振动,且不会影响多级楔形掏槽槽腔成型质量。
In order to reduce the blasting vibration of cutting area, reduce cutting slot region of explosive detonator consumption, increase cut slot hole utilization ratio, the test section of the Qingdao Subway No. 2 line Yan'an Road station crossing No. 166 residential building as the engineering background, four different types of cutting groove blasting effect at construction site are compared and analyzed. The results show that: large diameter hollow straight bore hole blasting has maximum value, about 3 times larger than wedge cut; regarding wedge cut, both the blasting vibration control and utilization rate of hole, is better than that of large diameter hollow hole straight cut hole; from the point of view of detonator and explosive unit consumption indicators, wedge cutting groove has better economy; cut hole by hole detonation technology can greatly reduce the blasting vibration and will not affect the multi wedge dig groove cavity molding quality.
