中药饮片枸杞子微生物污染调查 预览 被引量:1

摘要 目的:考察2015版《中华人民共和国药典》实施后药食两用类中药饮片枸杞子微生物污染状况,为制定其微生物限度检查项和限值提供参考。方法:参考2015年版《中华人民共和国药典》和食品安全国家标准方法,测定枸杞子中的需氧菌总数(TAMC)、霉菌和酵母菌总数(TYMC)、耐热菌数,并进行耐胆盐革兰氏阴性菌检查和其他相关的控制菌检查。采用全自动细菌鉴定系统(VITEK 2 compact)对枸杞子中检出的疑似致病菌进行菌株鉴定。结果:枸杞饮片的总体微生物污染程度很高;耐胆盐革兰氏阴性菌的污染比较严重,控制菌检查中,大肠埃希菌、沙门菌、金黄色葡萄球菌3种控制菌未检出,但检出了阴沟肠杆菌属、肺炎克雷伯菌肺炎亚种两种条件致病菌。结论:应提高药食两用类中药饮片微生物限度标准,增设需氧菌总数、霉菌和酵母菌总数限值,并参考食品安全国家标准进行控制菌检查。 Objective: To provide checking entry and limit value of microbial limit by analyzing the microbial contamination of Chinese dietary herbs (lycium barbarum L.) after the implementation of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 Edition. Methods: According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 Edition and Chinese food security standard, TAMC, TYMC, and thermoduric bacteria were measured and bile-tolerant gram-negative bacteria and related control bacteria in lycium barbarum L. were determined. Suspected pathogenic bacteria isolated from lycium barbarum L. were identified by VITEK 2 compact. Results: The overall microbial contamination of Chinese herbal pieces (lycium barbarum L.)was very serious. The microbial contamination of bile-tolerant Gram-negative bacteria was quite serious. In the determination of control bacteria, Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Staphylococctts aureus were not detected, but two opportunistic pathogen Enterobacter cloacae complex and Klebsiella pneumoniae were detected. Conclusion: We should rise the overall microbial limit standard better set up the limit standards of TAMC and TYMC, and also Chinese food security standard. of Chinese dietary herbs (lycium barbarum L.).
