翻转课堂模式下教师教学胜任力体系构建 预览

Construction of Teachers' Teaching Competence System under Flipped Class Model

摘要 教师教学胜任力直接决定人才培养质量。翻转课堂模式对教师提出了新要求,在调研基础上确定了教师教学胜任力的职业素养、职业能力和职业知识三个维度和12项具体指标。运用层次分析法确定的指标权重显示学生导向、责任感、教学组织能力等是翻转课堂模式下教师重要胜任力。指标体系的运行需教育主管部门、学校和教师三方协同,以促进教师专业化标准的建立、教师人力资源管理及教师专业素质的提升。 Teachers' teaching competence directly determines the quality of talents training, while flipped class model puts forward higher requirements for teachers. Based on the survey, professional quality, professional ability and professional knowledge of the three dimensions and 12 concrete indexes of teachers' teaching competence are confirmed. The index weight determined by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) shows that students orientation, sense of responsibility, the teaching ability of organization, etc. are important teachers' competence under flipped class model. The operation of the index system needs the cooperation among edu- cation administration, schools and teachers, in order to promote the establishment of teachers' professional standard, teachers' hu- man resource management and teachers' professional quality.
