护士长领导力测评指标体系的构建 被引量:14

摘要 目的构建我国护士长领导力测评指标体系,为临床护士长领导力测评提供科学的测评工具。方法查阅国内外文献。依据中国科学院研制的领导力“五力模型”,制订半结构访谈表,对临床护士、护士长、护理部主任、医生等进行访谈,专家小组讨论后形成专家咨询问卷,对全国10多个省市的32名专家进行2轮专家咨询.最终确立护士长领导力测评指标体系。结果2轮专家咨询的有效回收率分别为96.9%和93.8%,2轮咨询专家的权威系数分别为0.83和0.84,第2轮专家咨询条目的变异系数为0—0.19。通过德尔菲专家咨询得出的护士长领导力测评指标包括5个一级指标、14个二级指标、52个三级指标。结论本研究构建了护士长领导力测评指标体系.为临床护士长领导力评价提供了科学的测评工具。 Objective To develop a nurse managers' leadership indicator system and to provide a scientific assessment tool for evaluation of nurse managers' leadership. Methods The candidate indicators were selected based on literature review as well as 'five forces model' of leadership developed by Chinese Academy of Sciences. A semi-structured interview guide was developed and used to interview clinical nurses,nurse managers,nursing department directors,doctors,etc. The indicators were determined by 32 clinical nurse specialists,nurse administrators from more than 10 provinces or cities through two rounds of expert consultation. Results The recovery rate of questionnaire in two rounds was bothl00% ,and recovery efficiency was 96.9% and 93.8% ,respectively; the authority coefficient in two rounds was 0.83 and 0.84,respectively. The coefficient of variation of each item ranged from 0.00 to 0.19 in the second round. The leadership indicator system consisted of 5 first-level indicators, 14 second- level indicators and 52 third-level indicators. Conclusion The nurse managers' leadership indicator system has been developed using Delphi method,which provides a scientific assessment tool for evaluation of nurse managers' leadership.
