协同创新视角下高职课程改革研究 被引量:7

Research on the Curriculum Reform of Higher Vocational Education in the Perspective of Collaborative Innovation

摘要 当前我国高职课程改革中存在课程目标的设定偏离人才培养目标、项目课程设计中缺乏对学生能力的训练、课程内容选择与企业实际工作任务相关度低等问题。基于协同创新视角下的高职课程改革应明确高职课程定位,与人才培养目标紧密结合,加强能力训练项目设计,采用项目课程教学法,组建"双师型"教师队伍,加强企业与院校之间的合作。 In the current curriculum reform of China's higher vocational education there exist such problems as the course goal at odds with the talent training goal, the lack of ability training in the project course design and the poor correlation between the choice of course contents and the actual work in enterprise. In the curriculum reform of higher vocational education based on the perspective of collaborative innovation, we should make it clear to position the curriculum of higher vocational education, strengthen the ability training and project design in close combination with the talent training goal and develop the "dual-qualified"teachers by using the project course teaching way and strengthening the cooperation between enterprises and colleges.
