Objective: To explore the correlative factors of the incidence of vitiligo in clinical trails, and provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of vitiligo. Methods: First, the two groups of correlative factors were analyzed, and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the single factor whose difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Results: A total of 392 patients participated in the clinical trials, among them, 146 cases were vitiligo patients, 246 cases were non-vitiligo. Single factor analysis had statistical significance: blood type, skin history, mental factors, exposure history, vegetable intake, drinking, diet law, family history, exposure to chemical substances, sun exposure. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the independent risk factors of vitiligo were skin history(OR=21.120), regular contact with chemical substances(OR=2.340), family history(OR=2.430), exposure(OR=2.094), and drinking(OR=1.604);the protective factors were appropriate daylight exposure(OR=0.100), regular diet(OR=0.321). Conclusion: Skin history, family history, exposure to chemical substances, drinking and exposure to exposure history are potential independent risk factors of vitiligo, and appropriate sun exposure and regular diet are protective factors.
