Taiping Jing is a classic of Taiping Taoism in the end of Han dynasty, and its content is multifarious and allencompassing, which attaches importance to self-cultivation, protect essence and spirit, manage body to longevity, govern the country to peace and tranquility, reduce disaster, and treat disease. The thought of different syndromes of five zang viscera in the Inner Canon of Huangdi influences on traditional Chinese medicine and recognizing and treating of disease in Taiping Jingprofoundly. The thought of different syndromes of five zang viscera have been applied in the differentiation of qiqiao diseases, qise disease, and zang-fu viscera disease in Taiping Jing. Combing this thought can help us to understand the relationship between five zang viscera and mind of traditional Chinese medicine.
