摘要
从海南白沙、文昌等市县生姜主要种植区采样,经分离、纯化,获得生姜青枯病菌(Ralstonia solanacearum)菌株27株,采用抑菌圈法对72%农用链霉素可湿性粉剂进行了敏感性测定。结果表明:不同地理来源的生姜青枯病菌对农用链霉素敏感性差异明显,同一来源地的不同菌株也有一定的差异。EC50值分布在3.22-71.07μg/m L,平均EC50为34.69μg/m L;其中,白沙荣邦RB-2菌株最敏感,EC50为3.22μg/m L;而白沙邦溪BX-3菌株敏感性最低,EC50为71.07μg/m L。敏感性分布频率呈连续性单峰曲线,EC50值表现连续,符合正态分布,其平均EC50值34.69μg/m L可作为海南生姜青枯病菌对农用链霉素的敏感性基线,用于海南生姜青枯病菌对农用链霉素的抗药性监测。
Samples were collected from ginger regions in Baisha and Wenchang of Hainan. After isolation and purification, twenty-seven strains of Ralstonia solanacearum were obtained in our laboratory. Then bactericide sensitivity to 72 % streptomycin of these strains were determined using the method of inhibition zone. The results showed that there were sensitivity differences among different geographical origin. And different strains from the same sources also had certain difference. EC50 value ranged from 3.22 -71.07μ g/mL,with the average value being 34.69 μg/mL. Strain RB-2 from Rongbang of Balsha was the most sensitive to the bactericide,with the EG50 value of 3.22 μg/mL. But BX-3 from Bangxi of Baisha was strains of the lowest sensitivity, with the EC50 value of 71.07 μg/mL. The frequency distribution of sensitivity showed that the EC50 value displayed succession and fit the normal distribution. The sensitivity baseline of ginger bacterial wilts to streptomycin was determined as 34.69 μg/mL in Hainan which could be used for monitoring resistance of ginger bacterial wilts to the bactericide in Hainan. There was no resistance of ginger bacterial wilts to 72 % streptomycin.
