Research Progress on Implicit Followership. Study on Leadership Process from Followers-Centered Perspective

摘要 基于员工视角,从内隐追随的理论背景出发,分析了领导和员工感知、决策和行为的过程。对内隐追随的概念进行了界定,明确了其与外显追随和内隐领导的区别和联系,探讨了内隐追随各维度的直接测量和间接测量,在分析其前因变量、后果变量的基础上提出未来的研究设想。 From the followers-centered perspective, based on the implicit followership theory, this paper analyzes the leadership process of "how leaders and followers perceive, decide, and act". And it defines the concept of implicit followership, and definites the connection and difference be- tween explicit followership and implicit followership. And it reviews direct and indirect measures on implicit followership. Finally,it proposes the future research hypothesis on implicit followership through analyzing antecedents and consequences of it.
