摘要 [目的]探讨同伴教育在提高乳腺癌化疗病人生存质量中的应用效果。[方法]选取接受化疗的女性乳腺癌病人272例为研究对象,对照组136例接受常规健康教育,试验组136例在常规健康教育的基础上应用同伴教育方式对乳腺癌化疗病人进行健康教育,观察两组病人对治疗和护理的配合程度、对乳腺癌疾病知识以及与化疗有关知识的认知情况、化疗期间出现化疗副反应的情况。[结果]试验组积极配合治疗和护理的病人为128例,多于对照组的105例;试验组化疗期间出现重度以上化疗副反应0例,比对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);试验组对乳腺癌及化疗相关知识得分均值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);试验组生活质量总分值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。[结论]同伴教育可帮助乳腺癌化疗病人减少心理顾虑,积极配合治疗,减少化疗副反应和并发症的发生率,提高病人化疗期间的生活质量。 Objective:To explore effect on peer education to enhance life quality in patients of breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 272 female patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy were selected as study subjects.136 patients in control group were given routine health education,136 patients in experiment group were received routine health education combined with peer education for breast cancer patients with chemotherapy.Two groups of patients were observed on the treatment and nursing coordination degree、cognition of breast cancer disease knowledge and related knowledge of chemotherapy、The side reaction of chemotherapy.Results:128cases in experimental group actively cooperate with the treatment and nursing,more than 105 cases in the control group.0cases in experiment group had severe side effects of chemotherapy,less than control group;the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01).Average score on breast cancer and chemotherapy-related knowledge of experiment group was higher than control group;the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01).Total score on quality of life of experiment group was higher than control group;the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Peer education can help breast cancer patients with chemotherapy to reduce psychological concerns,actively cooperate with treatment,reduce the incidence of side reactions and incidence of complications,improve the quality of life of patients during chemotherapy.
