服用织物的基本参数对电磁屏蔽性能影响的因子分析 预览

摘要 以常见的服用织物作为研究对象, 探究织物基本参数对其电磁屏蔽性能的影响规律. 运用因子分析法对厚度、紧度、面密度、经密、纬密、纱线直径、纱线线密度、孔隙率等织物基本参数进行分析,从中提取了厚度因子和紧度因子2 个主因子. 厚度因子反映织物厚度、纱线粗细等相关信息;紧度因子反映织物紧密程度、孔隙多少等相关信息.随后分析了各主因子和主因子的综合得分与织物电磁屏蔽性能的关系. 结果表明:织物的电磁屏蔽性能随厚度因子增大而增大,随紧度因子的增大先增大后减小;织物的屏蔽效能随主因子综合得分值增大而增大,二者之间接近线性关系. Common clothing fabrics were taken as research objects to explore the influence rules of the basic parameters of fabrics on electromagnetic shielding performance. Factor analysis was used to analyze the basic parameters of fabric, including thickness, covering factor, surface density, warp density, weft density,yarn diameter, yarn count and porosity. There were two principle factors chosen-thickness factor and tightness factor. Thickness factor expresses the information about thickness of fabric and fineness of yarn. Tightness factor stands for covering factor and the number of pores. Then, the relations between principle factors and electromagnetic shielding performance and the relationship between composite score and electromagnetic shielding performance were analyzed.The results show that the electromagnetic shielding performance of clothing fabric increases with thickness factor increasing and increases firstly and then decreases with tightness factor increasing. The electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of fabric increases with composite score increasing and its relation is close to linear interpolation.
