Pantoea sp.TJB5是一株具有菲降解能力的耐盐碱菌株。为将其更好地应用到环境中去,研究了其粗酶液对菲的降解特性及降解途径关键酶基因的性质。结果表明：处理12h胞内酶对50mg·L^-1菲的降解率达到70.1%。菲胞内酶降解的酶促反应最适温度是30℃,最适pH值为6.0～8.0,最适盐浓度为0～3.0%。进一步克隆降解功能酶邻苯二酚-2,3-双加氧酶（C230）基因,获得序列924bp,建树分析其与Sphingobium sp.407-1 C230的基因同源性为97%,初步判定该菌株对菲降解过程中产生的邻苯二酚是通过C230进行降解催化的。
Pantoea sp.TJB5 is a salt tolerant bacterium of PAHs-degrading activity. The degrading effect of the crude enzyme on phenanthrene and the characteriazation of the major gene in the degrading pathway was studied for its better application to the environment.The results showed that phenanthrene was degraded about 70.1% by intracellular enzyme within 12 hours. Phenanthrene degradation of intracellular enzymes in the enzymatic reaction was under the condition of the optimum temperature 30 ℃, pH value of6.0-8.0, concentration of 0-3.0%.The sequence of Catechol-2,3-dioxygenase（C230）of 924 bp was cloned from Pantoea sp.TJB5. The similarity of this sequence with the C230 genes of Sphingobium sp. 407-1 was 97%,the catechol produced by the strain during phenanthrene degradation was suggested to be degraded by C230.
