不锈钢纤维混纺织物防辐射性能研究 预览 被引量:4

摘要 研究不锈钢纤维与棉纤维、涤纶纤维混纺防辐射织物的耐久性、耐洗涤性和耐腐蚀性。测试了3种方案处理后样布的防辐射性能,即直接洗涤100次、模拟海水浸泡1000h后再用10%的氯化钠溶液浸泡200h和使用9年后。结果表明:3种方案处理后的样品防辐射性能均较好,说明棉不锈钢纤维涤混纺防辐射织物具有较好的耐洗涤性、耐腐蚀性和耐久性。认为:应尽快制订相关的国家标准及评价体系,为不锈钢纤维混纺织物提供技术指标参考。 The durability,laundering durability and corrosion resistance of radiation protection fabric blended by stainless steel fiber, cotton fiber and polyester fiber were studied. Radiation protection properties of samples treated with three schemes were tested. The three schemes include directly washing 100 times,immersed in simu lated seawater for 1 000 h then immersed in 10 % sodium chloride solution for 200 h and after usage of nine years. The test results show that the radiation protection of fabrics treated by the three schemes are all good. This means fiber radiation protection fabric blended by stainless steel fiber,cotton fiber and polyester fiber has better laundering durability, corrosion resistance and durability. It is considered that related national standard and evaluation system should be built as soon as possible to provide technology indexes reference for stainless steel fiber blended fabric.
