上海市餐厨垃圾产生量预测分析 预览 被引量:5

摘要 对上海市餐厨垃圾主要产生源的餐饮服务业、企事业单位和学校食堂的餐厨垃圾产生量进行实地调查,针对上海市21类不同规模不同莱系餐饮单位采集的餐厨垃圾产生量数据,运用orgin6.0软件最小二乘法拟合,建立了餐饮单位餐厨垃圾与营业额之间的关系式;分析上海市居民可支配收入、人均消费性支出、常住人口年均增长率等多种影响因子,建立多元线性回归模型,并通过餐厨垃圾和营业额的线性关系和调研结果对模型进行了校对,预测上海市2014—2020年餐厨垃圾产生量. The food waste output from main sources in Shanghai was investigated in the field,including food service industry,enterprise and institution,and school canteen. Aiming at the output data of food waste gathered from 21 kinds of restaurants with different scales and different cuisines m Shanghai,using least square curve fitting with orgin 6.1) software, the re- lated equation with food waste output and turnover in restaurants was established. Some influence factors in Shanghai were ana- lyzed, such as the disposable income of residents, annual consumption expenditure per capita, annual growth rate of resident pop- ulation, and so on. The multivariate linear regression model was established,and the food waste output in Shanghai from 2015 to 2020 was predicted by proving the model with investigation and linear relation oftbod waste output and remover.
