水杨酸诱导膨胀浮萍(Lemna gibba SH0204)开花 被引量:3

摘要 用水杨酸(SA)诱导膨胀浮萍开花,结果显示,在液体1/2Hoagland培养基中加入适当浓度的SA对开花有显著促进作用, SA浓度为20μmol·L-1时开花率最高,达到39.37%。SA在诱导开花的同时,明显抑制叶状体的生长,在浓度为80μmol·L-1时,叶状体死亡率达到94.38%。此外,本研究尝试在固体1/2Hoagland培养基上诱导膨胀浮萍开花,结果表明,固体培养基比液体培养基更有利于诱导开花, SA浓度为20μmol·L-1时,开花率超过45%,死亡率显著降低。在固体培养基上,方便对开花植株进行跟踪和操作,因此,用固体培养基诱导开花比液体培养基更有应用价值。光学和电子显微镜的观察结果显示,花粉粒呈近圆球形,表面有网状带刺纹饰。 Salicylic acid (SA) was used in the lfower induction of the duckweed Lemna gibba SH0204. Flowers were induced efifciently by suitable concentrations of SA in the liquid 1/2Hoagland medium, and the highest induction rate reached 39.37%at 20μmol·L-1 SA. In the meantime, SA inhibited the growth of L. gibba, and the frond mortality reached 94.38%at 80μmol·L-1 SA. Solid medium was used in the lfower induction of duck-weeds, and was found to be more optimal compared to liquid medium. The highest flower induction rate reached 45%on the solid medium, and the frond mortality decreased signiifcantly. Moreover, the fronds were kept in the original locations on the solid medium, avoiding the damage of the lfowers on the liquid medium by moving around, and providing convenience of tracing or operation with the lfowers. Therefore, solid medium is a practically more useful medium in lfower induction of duckweeds. Electron and light microscopic observation revealed that the pollen grains were spheroid and small, with echinate-reticulate exine.
