重度子痫前期患者血清sCD40L、hs-CRP水平与新生儿出生体重的相关性 被引量:1

Correlation between serum sCD40L, hs-CRP levels and neonatal birth weight in patients with severe preeclampsia

摘要 目的:研究重度子痫前期患者血清可溶性CD40L(s CD40L)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与新生儿出生体重的关系。方法:选择重度子痫前期孕妇60例,分为早发型重度子痫前期组(发病时孕周〈34周)和晚发型重度子痫前期组(发病时孕周≥34周)各30例;分别选择同期妊娠孕妇作为早发型对照组(对照1组)和晚发型对照组(对照2组)各30例。采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测血清s CD40L水平,采用散射比浊法测定hs-CRP。结果:1早发型和晚发型重度子痫前期组孕妇血清s CD40L和hs-CRP的水平分别高于对照1组和对照2组,且早发型重度子痫前期组血清s CD40L水平高于晚发型,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);但对照1组与对照2组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。2早发型和晚发型重度子痫前期组新生儿出生体重均明显低于对照2组,且早发型重度子痫前期组低于晚发型,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。3早发型与晚发型重度子痫前期组血清s CD40L、hs-CRP水平与新生儿出生体重均呈负相关(P〈0.05),对照组与新生儿出生体重无明显相关性(P〉0.05)。结论:血清s CD40L、hs-CRP在重度子痫前期患者呈高表达提示其可能参与子痫前期的病理生理过程,重度子痫前期患者血清s CD40L、hs-CRP水平升高可引起新生儿体重下降,可能与胎儿宫内生长发育有关。 Objective: To research the relationship between serum soluble CD40L (sCD40L), .hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels and neonatal birth weightin patients with severe preeelampsia. Methods: Sixty pregnantwomen with severe preeclampsia were selected and divided into early-onset severe preeclampsia group (less than 34 gestational weeks) and late-onset severe preeclampsia group ( more than 34 gestational weeks), 30 women in each group; the normal pregnant women during the same period were selected as early -onset control group and late-onset control group, 30 women in each group; ELISA was used to detect serum sCD40L levels, scattering tur-bidimetric method was used to detect hs-CRP levels. Results: Serum sCD40L and hs-CRP levels in early-onset severe preeclampsia groupand late-onset severe preeclampsia group were statistically significantly higher than those in early-onset control group and late-onset control group, respectively ; serum sCD40L level in early-onset severe preeclampsia group was statistically significantly higher than that in late-onset severe preeclampsia group ( P〈0.05 ), but there was no statistically significant difference between early-onset control group and late-onset control group (P〉0.05) . Neonatal birth weight in early-onset severe preeclampsia group and late-onset severe preeclampsia group were statistically significantly lower than those in late-onset control group, neonatal birth weight in early-onset severe preeclampsia group was sta- tistically significantly lower than that in late-onset severe preeclampsia group ( P〈0. 05 ) . Serum sCD40L and hs-CRP levels were negative- ly correlated with neonatal birth weight in early-onset severe preeclampsia group and late-onset severe preeclampsia group (P〈0. 05 ), while in control group, there was no significant correlation (P〉0. 05 ) .
