内生细菌TF28对番茄灰霉病的诱导抗性研究 预览 被引量:9

摘要 [目的]研究内生细菌TF28对番茄灰霉病的诱导抗性.[方法]采用生化测定方法研究内生细菌TF28对番茄叶片6种防御酶活性和2种抗病信号分子含量的影响.[结果]内生细菌处理后番茄叶片苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)、脂氧合酶(LOX)、几丁质酶和β-1,3葡聚糖酶活性明显增强,6种防御酶最大活性分别为对照的2.7、2.5、1.6、1.5、2.7和4.1倍.水杨酸(SA)和茉莉酸(JA)含量明显上升,SA含量第7天最高,JA含量第3天最高,分别为对照的2.1和2.9倍.[结论]内生细菌TF28可诱导提高防御酶活性抵抗番茄灰霉病侵染,诱导抗病信号传导途径可能与SA和JA介导有关. [Objective] To elucidate the mechanism of induced resistance of tomato to grey mold by endophytic bacterium TF28.[Method] the activity of defensive enzymes and the contents of defensive signals were determined.After the treatment with TF28,the activity of phenylalanine ammonialyase (PAL),polyphenol oxidase (PPO),peroxidase (POD),lipoxygenase (LOX),chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase increased significantly.[Result] The maximum of PAL,PPO,POD,LOX,chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase was 2.7,2.5,1.6,1.5,2.7 and4.1times higher than that in control,respectively.The contents of salicylic acid (SA) and jasmonic acid (JA) were also improved significantly.The contents of SA reached the peak 7 days after inoculation while JA reached the maximum 3 days after treatment,which was 2.1 and 2.9 times higher than that in control,respectively.[Conclusion] Results demonstrated that endophytic bacterium TF28 could improve the activity of defensive enzymes to prevent Botrytis cinerea.The defense pathway might include SA and JA signal transmission.
