光波对口腔实心金属器械消毒灭菌效果的实验研究 被引量:3

Sterilizing effect of light-wave on dental solid metal equipment

摘要 目的探讨光波对口腔实心金属器械消毒灭菌的温效、时效关系。方法采用人工污染实验法,以无菌口镜、镊子和探针为载体,用不同指示菌和HBsAg纯抗原进行污染,经不同温度、对应不同时间的光波消毒灭菌后进行采样,最后采用增菌培养和酶联免疫吸附法、雅培检测法来分别检测光波对细菌的灭活情况和对HBsAg抗原的破坏情况。结果光波在120℃时5 min,130℃时3 min,140℃时1 min都能彻底杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌;在120℃时7 min,130℃时5 min,140℃时3 min都能彻底杀灭白色念珠菌;在120℃时9 min,130℃时7 min,140℃时5 min都能彻底杀灭枯草芽孢杆菌黑色变种。光波在120℃时7 min,130℃时5 min,140℃时3 min,都能有效破坏HBsAg的抗原性。经抗力实验比较,口腔自然菌比枯草芽孢杆菌黑色变种更易灭活。结论光波能够实现对口腔实心金属器械的快速消毒灭菌,并且在器械能耐高温的前提下,温度越高则时间越短、效果越好。 Objective To investigate the temperature efficiency and time efficiency of the light-wave on the sterilization of the dental solid metal equipment. Methods Sterile mouth mirrors,tweezers and probes were artificially contaminated with different indicator bacteria and HBsAg antigen. Then these equipments were disinfected by the light-wave at different temperatures and for different time periods. The inactivation of the bacteria and the destruction of HBsAg antigen were measured with enrichment culture,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and Abbott laboratories test. Results Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were thoroughly killed after being disinfected by light-wave at 120 ℃ for 5 min,130 ℃ for 3 min,or 140 ℃ for 1 min. Candida albicans was thoroughly killed after being disinfected by light-wave at 120 ℃ for 7 min,130 ℃ for 5 min,or 140 ℃ for 3 min. The black variant of Bacillus subtilis was thoroughly killed after being disinfected by light-wave at 120 ℃ for 9 min,130 ℃ for 7 min,or 140 ℃ for 5 min. The HBsAg antigen was destructed after being disinfected by light-wave at 120 ℃ for 7 min,130 ℃ for 5 min,or 140 ℃ for 3 min. And the oral natural bacteria are more likely to be inactivated than the black variant of Bacillus subtilis. Conclusion Light-wave achieves rapid sterilization of the dental solid metal equipments. In addition,the higher temperature,the shorter time,and the more efficiency if the equipment can withstand the higher temperature.
