Comprehensive assessment of water environment quality based on fuzzy model

摘要 建立模糊综合评价模型并确定了各因子权重与选择模糊合成算子,对石亭江什邡河段水环境质量进行了5个年度和1个水文年综合评价.结果表明:(1)2007-2011年该河段水质能够达到Ⅲ类标准,但是综合评价a值反映出水质呈现不断恶化的趋势,高锰酸盐是主要污染物.(2)该河段水质受水文要素变化的影响较大,丰水期水质较好,枯水期污染程度较为严重.(3)出境断面的水质均比对照断面水质差,高锰酸盐指数污染尤为严重,特别在枯水期水质状况已逼近界限值.近年来工农业和城镇化快速发展导致污水的过度排放是造成水质污染的主要原因. The Fuzzy model was established to optimize the comprehensive assessment of water environment, and the weight of the indexes on the water environment was determined. The water quality of Shitingjiang River in 2007--2011 was calculated by Fuzzy model. The results showed that: (1) The water quality in 2007--2011 came up to III functional classification standards, while the water quality was worsening on the trend, the main pollutant was CODMMn. (2) The effect of hydrology factors on water quality was bigger than the else factors, the water quality was polluted badly in withered water seasons. (3) The water quality of exit section was worse than the antitheses section, CODMn came into severe pollution. Especially in withered water seasons, the water quality approached critical value. The main cause of the water environment quality worsening in basin was the excessive discharge waste water with the rapid development of industry, agriculture and urbanization.
