杂交水稻川农优528制种机插母本异交习性及其产量的相关和通径分析 预览 被引量:4

Correlation and Path Analysis of Yield Components of Seed Production of Hybrid Rice Machine Inserted and Its Maternal Outcrossing Habits of Chuannongyou 528

摘要 【目的】探明杂交水稻制种机插母本的异交习性及其与产量的真实关系,为杂交水稻机械化制种技术提供依据。【方法】对杂交水稻川农优528制种,父本手插单行,母本设计机插4行、8行、12行、手插8行(对照)4种处理,研究不同处理对花时、柱头外露率、结实率和制种产量的影响,并对影响产量的主要因子进行了相关和通径分析。【结果】母本机插比手工插总有效穗数多4.665×10^5~9.529×10^8/hm2,机插比手工插父母本花时相遇好,但花期相遇较差,结实率较低;父本花粉量与母本结实率呈极显著正相关(r=0.7932“)。机插母本产量构成因素的变异系数大小为:实粒数〉结实率〉穗数;结实率和穗数与产量呈极显著正相关(r=0.997“,r=0.991);结实率和穗数对产量的直接通径系数都为正值,但结实率通过穗数对产量的间接效应和穗数通过结实率对制种产量的间接效应均为负值。【结论】川农优528制种母本机插比手工栽插结实率低,机插8行处理的有效穗数与结实率协调发展制种产量高、是母本机插制种较适宜的行数;偏相关系数能真实反映机插母本结实率和穗数与产量间的相关程度与性质,在机插母本制种中必须兼顾穗数和结实率才能提高机械化制种产量。 [Objective] To detected the real relationship between the hybrid rice machine transplan ting maternal outcrossing habits and seed production, and to provide the basis for the seed pro duction mechanization technology in hybrid rice. [Method] We designed four kinds of treatment to product hybrid seed Chuannongyou 598.. mechanized planting of female parents for rows 4, 8, 12 and with manual transplanting 8 rows into control, while the male Parents manual transplan ting 1 row. And we analyzed the effect of different treatments on flowering time, when the flower stigma exsertion rate, seed setting rate and seed production. And the main factors affecting the yield of the correlation and path analysis were analyzed. [Results] The results showed that, mechanized planting of female parent have batter performance at effective panicles than manual transplanting to a total number of 4. 665 X 10^9 --9. 529 X 10^5 ears/hm2, mechanized planting of female parent is better than manual transplanting parents in flower synchronization, but less at seed setting pollen quantity and maternal seed setting rate represented significant positive correlation,r=0. 793 2. Strong significant correlation was found between seed setting rate, spike number and grain yield (r=0. 997, rz0. 991) direct seed setting rate and spike number on yield coefficient is positive, but the seed setting rate by spike indirect effects on the yield and spike number through the seed setting rate of indirect effect on the seed yield was negative. [Conclusion] Com pared with manual planting, Chuannongyou 528 machine transplanting performed lower in seed setting rate, and machine transp seed-setting rate and seed produc correlation coefficient can reflect ternal seed setting rate and spike seed setting rate can inserting ma seed production.
