钢纤维超吸水聚合物混凝土抗冲耐磨性能试验研究 预览 被引量:5

摘要 针对高速含砂水流对水工混凝土建筑物的冲磨、空蚀破坏的问题,利用钢纤维增韧阻裂和超吸水聚合物自养护的作用,通过正交试验的方法,以标养和干养条件下28d混凝土抗压强度为考核指标,确定优选组,并与基准组混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗冲磨性能进行比较.试验结果表明,在干养条件下复掺钢纤维、超吸水聚合物能有效提高混凝土的抗劈裂和抗冲耐磨性能. Aim to the problem of the erosion and abrasion from the concrete with high speed sand water flow to the hydraulic structures, orthogonal test method uses steel fiber's toughening resistance crack effect and super absorbent polymer's self cultivating effect, which determines optimum group by the compressive strength of 28-day concrete with standard cultivating and drying cultivating, and compared the compressive strength, the splitting-strength and the abrasion resistance with baseline group. Results of the test indicated that compound admixture steel fiber and super-absorbent polymers concrete in drying curing situation can improve the splitting-strength and the abrasion resistance effectively.
