一维ZnO基气敏材料研究进展 预览 被引量:1

Research progress of 1D ZnO-based gas-sensing materials

摘要 综述了近年来合成一维氧化锌基纳米材料常用的技术方法(如水热法、静电纺丝法等)及相关材料气敏性能的研究进展,总结了目前利用形态控制、表面修饰、掺杂及开发中空结构材料等途径来有效改善一维氧化锌基纳米材料气敏性能的发展趋势,并针对实际应用过程中所存在的问题提出了一些看法。 The normal synthesis methods of 1D ZnO based nano materials used in recent years are reviewed (such as hydrothermal method, electro-spinning method etc.). The research progress of gas sensing properties of the corresponding materials is discussed also. The develop trends of the morphologies controlling, surface modification, doping and the hollow structure study are summarized, which can improve the gas-sensing properties effectively. In addition, some advises are given on the existing problems now in the practical application process.
