摘要 为适应石油勘探开发钻井过程中油气显示以及工程参数检测与智能化分析判断的需求,法国地质服务公司在AL-2、AL-3型综合录井系统的基础上推出了新一代综合录井系统——geoNEXT智能化综合录井系统。在介绍该系统组成、数据采集计算机系统特点以及数据处理过程的基础上,将该系统与传统综合录井系统尤其是与AL-2和AL-3型综合录井系统进行对比分析,归纳出该系统的4大优势:①高频率的数据采集提高了被测数据采集的精确度;②数据处理方面增加了系统异常自动报警、钻井液返出流量自动记录、精确的水力学计算、钻井液替换与固井状态显示等功能;③数据整合方面形成了独特的THEMA^TM数据分析工程师软件,可实现直接与客户决策层沟通,通过实时数据与理论模型的对比进行工程预警,发现并判断工程异常,为客户提供相关建议,提高钻井安全和效益;④针对突发工程事故原因查找与分析更为准确与及时。 In order to meet the requirements of drilling in detection,intelligent analysis and judgment for oil and gas shows and engineering parameters during petroleum exploration and development,Geoservices put out a new generation of comprehensive mud logging system——geoNEXT intellectualized comprehensive mud logging system based on AL-2 and AL-3 comprehensive mud logging systems.On the basis of introducing its system components,the characteristics of computer data acquisition system and data processing,the comparative analysis was made between geoNEXT intellectualized comprehensive mud logging system and traditional comprehensive mud logging system,especially compared with AL-2 and AL-3 comprehensive mud logging systems,its four major advantages were summarized,that is,①the high-frequency data acquisition improves the accuracy of the measured data acquisition;②data processing functions were increased in aspects of automatic alarm for system abnormalities,automatic record for drilling fluid return flow,precise hydraulic calculations and drilling fluid replacement and cementing status display;③ in point of data integration,the unique THEMATM data analysis engineer software was formed,which can realize the direct communication with the customer decision-makers,make engineering early warning through the comparison between real-time data and theoretical model,find and judge the engineering anomaly,provide the relevant recommendations for the customers and increase drilling safety and efficiency;④ the cause seeking and analysis for engineering emergency are more accurate and timely.
