摘要 钻柱振动信号是一种非常复杂的振动波,它包含了钻柱和钻头自身工况引起的振动、钻头与地层相互作用所激发的振动,钻柱与井壁相互碰撞和粘卡一释放引起的振动等。研究表明,钻具振动的高频段是钻头与岩石作用时所产生的应力波,它能够反映出所钻地层的特性。岩石的力学性质决定了高频段振动波的能量大小和振动频率特征。试验数据表明,不同岩性的岩石在破碎时会产生一个或多个与岩性相关的主频。且谱峰的位置、谱峰能量的大小和谱峰的数目不同,从而为岩性实时识别和地层分层提供信息。在分析钻具振动影响因素的基础上,介绍了利用加速度传感器测量钻具振动的方法,通过频谱分析给出了四种典型岩石破碎时的频谱特征曲线,探讨了利用振动频谱特征进行岩性实时识别的方法。 Drilling string vibration signal is a kind of very complex vibration waves,which contains the vibration caused by drilling string and bit working condition,the vibration stimulated by the interaction of bit and the formation,the vibration caused by collision and stick-slip between drilling string and the borehole wall.Study showed the features of vibration signal have the relationship with rock type of drilled formation.The vibration features in low frequency section were mainly reflected by the working conditions of drill string and bit,and in high frequency section were reflected by the characteristics of drilled rock types.Vibration amplitude and frequency distribution at high frequency section were decided by rock mechanical properties.Field test showed while different rock type was broken,one or more domain frequency peaks were occurred,position,number and amplitude of domain frequency peaks were different.This information could be used to recognize rock types online in drilling process.Based on the analyzing affecting factors of drilling string vibrations,the vibration testing method using axial accelerator was introduced.Spectrum curves of four typical rocks were given out through the vibration spectrum analysis.Online rock type recognition method using vibration spectrum features was discussed.
