Innovative Education: On Strengthening the College Studentsr Innovative Ability

摘要 高等教育是教育的高级阶段,也是培养学生创新能力的关键时期。在阐释创新与创新能力内涵的基础上,通过分析传统教育对创新教育的制约性,从主体发展和环境营造两个层面上构建内外结合的大学生创新能力培养模式。其中主体发展层面注重:创新意识培养、创新思维训练、创新学习能力培养、创新人格发展;环境营造层面着重:学校培养、社会支持、家庭配合。 Higher education is the advanced stage of education and very important for the cultivation of students' innovation ability. Nowadays, innovation education has become a core basis of quality-oriented education, and cul- tivation of students' innovation ability has become the prime responsibility of universities. This paper attempts to establish an internal and external integration model of college students' innovation ability cultivation from the two levels of subject development and the environment creation, which is the basis of explaining the connotation of inno- vation and innovation ability by analyzing the restriction of traditional education. The subject development level fo- cuses on developing innovation awareness, training innovation awareness, cultivating innovation learning capability, shaping innovation personalities. The environment creation level emphasizes school culture, society support, family coordination.
